Troy Edward Dilts

Troy Edward Dilts (60) of Charlestown Maryland, passed away on May 3rd, 2024. He was born on September 12th, 1963,  in Indiana to the late David and Roxy Dilts (nee, Black)

Troy was a man of many interests but his absolute favorite activity was going to clearance shops. He loved is dog, Jinx, and they would go everywhere together. Most importantly he loved his family.

He is survived by his wife, Billie Dilts; and children, Christen Shahan, Michael Shahan, Timothy Shahan, Heather and Johnny Hartnett, Joseph and Tawna Dilts, Amber Villafane, Rodney Terry, Travis Devine, Becca Devine Timothy Devine; and grandchildren Myles, Haiden, Madalynn, Gabriel, Kylie, Jaxon, Lilyanna, Kade, Luna, Jayden, Ryan, Jaliyah, Joey, Leo best friends Keith Mason and Forest.

A private cremation was held. A celebration of Troys life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
