Jodi Marie Daniel, 58, of Elkton, Maryland, passed away on February 22, 2025. Born on July 30, 1966, Jodi was a beacon of kindness and warmth, cherished by all who knew her.

 

Jodi's life was filled with love, especially for her grandchildren, Elijah, Jonah, and Mason Burns, whom she adored "to the moon and beyond." Her nurturing spirit extended to her daughter, Amanda Rice, and was evident in her deep affection for animals and her enjoyment of simple pleasures like sipping iced tea and spending time with her family.

 

She is survived by her siblings, Karen Nichols, Raymond Daniel, Renea Deveau, and Andy Daniel, as well as many nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.

 

Jodi was preceded in death by her parents, Cecelia and William Daniel, and her sister, Elizabeth Murphy.

 

A memorial service will be held in the warmer months to celebrate Jodi's life. Details of the service will be announced later, allowing all who loved her to gather and honor her memory.
