She was born on May 8, 1947, in San Francisco, CA to the late Edward and Maxine, was raised primarily by her treasured grandmother Carmela, and loved her step-mom Audrey as her own.

Diana was a woman of many interests which she got to enjoy.  She ran the PTA when her kids were young, loved planning events for her family and friends.  Diana loved hosting gatherings over the years.  From game night to graduation parties!  She also enjoyed relaxing, laying by the pool, hiking and bird watching, to boating with a cocktail…she always had a smile on her face and was always there with a helping hand.

Along with her parents, Edward and Audrey, she was preceded in death by her grandmother Carmela, and her ex-husband Jerry Milice, with whom she shared 20 years. She is survived by her children Angel Slick, and Jennifer and Brian OBlon, Kathy McMurray, Tony Milici, and Becky Milici ; her 10 grandchildren; her  6 great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by her siblings, Patty, Edward, Steven, James; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
