Courtney Anne Hayes

Courtney Anne Hayes passed away on November 6th, 2023. She was born in Christiana, Delaware, on June 14th, 1990 to Raymond and Jennifer Hayes (nee, Wilson).

Courtney was a girl of many hobbies but her main passion was writing especially writing poetry.

Along with her parents Raymond V. Hayes and Jennifer A. Hayse Courtney is survived by; children, Avianna J. Byrd and her Father Patrick C. Byrd, and Sophia M. Canty; boyfriend, Jermoee J. Canty and his other two daughters Sarah M. Canty and Jada A. Canty ; siblings, Madison A. Wise, Mason J. Wilson, and Jovianna A. V. Wilson; Aunts and Uncles, Patricia E. Bonner, Rudel W. Wilson, III. and his family, Catherine J. Wilson, and Brian W. Wilson; cousins, Clarence Bonner, III, and his family, Cody R. Silan, and Brooke, L. Wilson; best friend, Cassie Huber. She also left behind loving family members in New Jersey, North Carolina, and Georgia.

Courtney was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents William E. and Patsy S. Hayes ( nee, Snutt) and her maternal grandparents Rudel W. Jr. and Joyce V. Wilson (nee, Winn).

 

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
